Kaffee Glockenspiel, September 2008 in Linz, Austria

The most famous cake in the city of Linz is of course the Linzer Torte, a tart made with crumbly pastry base with ground nuts and red current jam filling. It is even named the oldest-known torte or cake in the world (wikipedia).

This Linzer Torte is made by Konditorei Jindrak. Their cakes are available in many bakeries and cafés in Linz. One of them is “Kaffee Glockenspiel” on Linzer Hauptplatz ( main square).
